We will cover this liability for purchases made from us provided the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting us to cancel an order, please provide us with your name, contact information and the item number of the item you wish to cancel. Please note that if the item has already been shipped, your order cannot be canceled. However, if your item has already been shipped, you can request to return the item for a refund. The return shipment must be received in good condition by WholeSum Connection within 30 days of the date you received the item and should be insured for an appropriate amount based on the value of the item(s) being returned. The return shipping and insurance costs are at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded. The original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on the manufacturer of the item being returned, a restocking fee may also apply to your return and will be deducted from your refund. REFUND POLICYRefunds must be accompanied by a copy of the original sale confirmation message and must be received in good condition within 30 days of the purchase.
