At WholeSum Connection, we value our customers and protect their information. We WILL NOT sell or share our customer information with anyone. We collect email information from those who wish to receive email from us (we do not send unsolicited email). We only save shipping and billing information if you have saved this information as part of your Customer Profile. Any information that is collected via "trails" (the trail you leave as you travel through our site) is only reviewed internally and then discarded. Your trust is important to us, and we will not do anything to violate that trust.

Return Policy

This policy is effective beginning November 1, 2005.
- · At WholeSum Connection (WSC), we are dedicated to bringing you exceptional quality products and service. Our return goods policy is outlined below.
- · Within 30 days of invoice date, WSC will accept the return of any product on the basis of quality issues or shipping mistakes.
- · In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in good condition and accompanied with a copy of the invoice.
- · All freight and handling charges on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.
- · To make sure your returns are processed quickly and accurately, please contact us at sales@wholesum.net for instructions before shipping returns.

Out of stock Policy

You will be notified of any out of stock or discontinued items either via e-mail, on your packing slip or invoice. You may reorder out of stock items at a later date.

WholeSum Connection uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt the information you send us when you place an order. It is encrypted before it travels across the internet, and it's also encrypted on our server, which is located behind a secure firewall. Also, once your order has been processed, we delete your credit card information as an added safety measure. |

We will not send unsolicited email. If you do get an unsolicited email from us, please contact us immediately at postmaster@wholesum.net and we will look into it.

Standard Business Sites: ($22.50 per month and up ) One adjustment to location and/or phone number or limiited text per quarter done free of charge. All other adjustments quoted per request.
Basic Form Sites: ($25.95 per month and up) limited text adjustments to page text content per quarter ONLY.All other adjustments quoted per request.
PHP Database/PayPal/Cart Sites: ($30-$50 per month and up) text adjustments to text content per quarter. All other adjustments quoted per request.

Additional Site Fees
|
|
|
|
Late Payments: Sites are given a 5 business day grace period after which a $5 late fee can apply. 60+ day deliquency will take your site offline till payment is made and a $10 file handling fee then applies.
Paypal Payments: A 3% fee will be added to the total owed for paypal processing. |

New Site Construction
|
|
|
|
WholeSum Connection (WSC) offers site content development services. Sites developed by Laura Wendorf are built using website templates available at www.templatebox.com or have been selected by the client from development software owned by WSC. Construction fees include the selection of a template from one of these sources. Clients may obtain their own templates at their expense but THE CLIENT is responsible for obtaining proper copyrights in that case.
New contracts must remain hosted by WSC for a minimum of six months. |
